- Help desk(s) will be closed on Sundays and Public Holidays unless specified otherwise.
- Some organisations may provide support services other than the Community-based Help Desks services listed. Please contact the corresponding organisation for details.
- In addition to community-based help desks, mobile digital service stations have also been established under the 'Smart Silver' programme to support the elderly.
